Reclaimed Wood Elements
Beams, posts, and timbers throughout the property are reclaimed from old barns in New England.
Custom Iron Wine Cellar Door
The wood floors are made from reclaimed oak sourced from Europe.
Reclaimed Oak Wood Floors
Crafted by an Austrian blacksmith, the wine cellar door is custom-made, and the wine cellar itself features moveable candle holders also crafted by the blacksmith.
Antique Iron Fireback
Dating back to 1620 from Europe, this antique iron piece is embedded into the brick/stonework, along with an antique cask spigot.
Hand-Painted Kitchen Hood
Artists in Utah have painted a pastoral scene with animals, haywagon, and a barn on the hood.
Luxurious Main Kitchen
The main kitchen boasts two 36" Le Cornue Ranges, an electric 6-burner cooktop by Wolf, dual 36" full-height Sub-Zero refrigerators, two 24" Miele dishwashers, a 30" Miele microwave drawer, customized cabinetry, and custom lighting pendants by an Austrian blacksmith. Countertops are made of Italian Honed Calacatta marble and Yellow Bamboo Marble on the island.
Swamp Cypress Paneling
The main entry paneling is made from rare swamp cypress wood.
Library Fireplace
The library fireplace features custom-designed 2" x 2" tiles made in Sicily.
Extruded Bronze Exterior Doors and Windows
All exterior glass doors and windows are made of extruded bronze and manufactured in Italy.
Prep/Catering Kitchen
The prep kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including Miele double ovens, a microwave drawer, a warming drawer, Dacor cooktop, 36" Subzero refrigerator, and 36" Subzero freezer. Countertops are Antiqued Rojo Allicante.
